AMake sure you are entering the S/N of the phone and not of the battery. It is printed on the back of the handset itself, underneath the battery. It's an 11-digit alphanumeric code and it starts with R.

Q3 I can't log in - it just comes back to the same page!

ACheck that you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher as you may not be able to view all the pages of the Samsung Fun Club with other browsers. Also check that any popup blocks are disabled and cookies enabled before you log on.
